May Larkin, BPA
Director of Technology & Training

 


May Larkin is the Director of Technology & Training at Tecskor Corporation. She received her Administrative Information Management diploma from SAIT and completed her degree at Athabasca University receiving her Bachelor of Professional Arts with a major in Communication studies. May spent the first 9 years of her career at Nexen Inc. (CNOOC) as a Business Process Analyst working to help teams engage and work more effectively together.


Following Nexen, May spent a semester as an Instructor at the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT) teaching computer applications in the School of Business. After SAIT, she joined Tecskor in December 2014, where she has focused on enhancing collaborative teamwork along with her colleagues.


To deliver value in business process development, May has created remote, in-classroom, and one-on-one training sessions for people all over the world. Her first success in that regard was in Nexen’s Yemen Operations, training Production Operators how to leverage PEAK in the Integrated Field Review Process.


May thrives on leading cross-functional teams in development, documentation and delivery of process innovations aligning to corporate goals and strategies, which are at the core of Tecskor’s transformational toolkit. Her team is responsible for configuring PEAK and designing processes to best support the client’s business and the delivery of process and tool training.
